Fr. Louis-Marie Mfon Mathias

All priests need our prayers! So, today we join the heavenly court to celebrate the feast day of our spiritual mentor and friend St. Louis-Marie de Montfort. Also, we thank God for the gift of Rev. Fr. Louis-Marie Mfon Mathias for his outstanding love of the Blessed Trinity as exemplified in his devotion to the Holy Mass and the Eucharist, unshakeable devotion to Mary, admirable display of the sanctity of the saints, the prayerful zeal of St. Louis-Marie de Montfort, and the simplicity, empathy, cares and concern for people as a psycho-spiritual therapist and counsellor. God bless you immensely and continue to supply you with the graces to remain committed to this noble vocation of a slave of love, a priest, a teacher of our minds and souls, a therapist, spiritual director and counsellor. Congratulations!

Thanks Fr. John Mary for introducing Fr. Louis-Marie Mfon Mathias to your readers. It reveals a basic christian value of bringing out the goodness as the name “Mfon” implies in others. May God continue to sustain him and increase the depth of his commitment to the call to GOODNESS. Happy Feast to Fr.Louis-Marie and all Legionaries. St. Louis-Marie the Monfort, pray for us!

Happy feast day to all slaves of love and especially to our dear priest Rev FR Louis Marie Mathias on this special day. I pray that St Louis Marie de Montfort will obtain for him all the graces to imitate him in his vocation and ultimately attain sainthood like him.

I am indeed very thrilled to learn about this double of our great Saint! I actually thought I was reading about him until I saw the picture of our very own Fr. Mfon; yes I have never heard of, or met him but the fact that his name is “Mfon” means a lot to me; not only because I guess he is a Nigerian but because
he comes from my “in-law”’ region of the country.
I join my voice to the rest of your friends to thank Fr. Atep in bringing you to our attention and to congratulate you on the celebration of the feast day of your patron Saint and to wish you many more fruitful years of service in the Lord’s vineyard. And may His blessed mother continue to intercede for you.
